    Hi. Just gone back to the gym after long absence but felt it is time to get fit and get stronger at my age (58). This has been my 2nd visit there and was served by Nathan. Very friendly and full of great advice. I liked the idea that he listened to my needs rather than just sell a product. The 1st lot of protein I bought was good but not quite what I needed and after a bit of discussion with Nathan we came up with the fact I need a few more good calories in my diet. 2 weeks later my weights have gone up I've put on a little size and heading the right direction. Thank you Nathan

    Selling expired supplements. When buying from a phone this information is past the scrollable information necessary to make the purchase.

    A direct complaint got a less than average passive aggressive response circling the expiry information "that I must have missed". Who in good conscience sells 4 months of pre workout that expires before it arrives?

    Offered a refund for the return of the goods, so they can likey just onsell to somone else.

    Buyer beware.
