- Simon Added September 05, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad customer service. Nelson Locksmiths Port Adelaide were unable to cut and program a spare key for my car. I was told by Filipp that he would look into a fix and get back to me, I was told it might take a few days, possibly a week for him to get back to me, I waited several weeks and never heard back and after already wasting several hours of my time driving to Pt Adelaide, waiting for them to attempt to cut and program a spare key and then driving back home from Pt Adelaide I wasn't about to waste more of my time chasing them up. Ended up going through Alchin Security Locksmiths and 2 hours after calling them they had come to me, cut and programmed a spare key to my car and had left. Job done.

- Fernando Leon Added August 31, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I have experienced in my life they charge you whatever they want they left my front door not working and when I called to enquire they hang up the phone, very rude. My request was to have the door fixed you changed the price of what you quoted me $390 to install a new lock to more than $500 and you didn’t bother to call me I have everything recorded in my security camera lies and more lies. I hope my review help other people to stay away from this business.
